When it comes to a website, I want it all. Not only that, but it also needs to be elegant and simple. That’s been a tough balance to strike so far, and it’s coming together more slowly that I’d hoped. Right now, my primary focus is on uniting various systems that I’ve chosen to power my site. For example, I am using one product to power my client portal for web hosting, and another to manage all of the other content. The two don’t exactly see eye to eye. I’m learning things I don’t particularly care about, like the Smarty template system.
